I'm surprised that it works at all. Is there some sort of powerpc
emulation layer? Anyway, for now, I think the answer is that the Intel
OS X platform is not supported. I hope to have that problem solved later
this summer.

I cross-posted this to the mailing list because a number of people are
interested in this issue.
