[Xplor-nih] RDC Rfactor question

Dear xplor-nih users,

I used refine.py to refine an ensemble of homodimers calculated using 
CYANA, and the Rfactors are all < 1.0.  When I calculate a new ensemble 
using anneal.py, the reported Rfactors are > 1.0.  Are the Rfactors from 
refine.py and anneal.py both reported as a percentage?
