[Xplor-nih] marvin losing peaks

Dear All

I have a peak list I am putting into marvin/pasd which has 1644 peaks,
however,  once all the filtering and calculation has completed I end up with
1579 peaks. What causes peaks to be removed from the marvin peak lists
rather than carrying through without assignments? I can find no remarks in
the ouputs about the deleted peaks
