[Xplor-nih] protocol for rna structure refinement

Greetings

I have been having trouble producing reasonable structures of an RNA
stem-loop.  The nucleic acid examples do not start from random
structures, as I need to do, and modifying the protein example protocols
has not been successful.  Does anyone have a protocol and a set of
restraints that they would be willing to share so that I can test my
installation?
