[Xplor-nih] Calculating Radius of Gyration

How do I load a structure and calculate it's Radius of Gyration using xplor-nih.

Dr.Schweiters referred using protocol.initCollapse, but looking at the documentation, i understand it to be more like for setting up the Rgyr potential for a SA. 
How to use it for calculating the RGyr  ([(r-<r>)^2]^1/2 for a given structure ?
