[Xplor-nih] Torsion angles with correct signs

Dear all,

does anyone of you know a script calculating torsion angles (in  
particular psi, phi, omega and chi1) in proteins with the correct sign.
Python modules like BioPython and MMlib can calculate torsion angles  
but with no sign. Derivation of the sign is far from trivial.
