[Xplor-nih] bond-breaking!

I'm getting lots of broken bonds when I attempt to generate random  
structures using the random.inp script attached, as indicated in the  
log file (abbreviated).  These of course persist in subsequent sa  
runs.  Pls. advise.  Thanks.  David
