copy the files to the python subdirectory of the Xplor-NIH
distribution.
psfGen.py
seqToPSF: added ntermPatch, ctermPatch arguments to customize protein
termination.
simulationTools.py
StructureLoop.writeStructure:
fixed exception type encountered if pwd.getpwuid fails.
