ANALyze COVAriance { $<$dynamics-covariance-statement$>$ } END is invoked from the main level of X-PLOR.

$<$dynamics-covariance-statement$>$ :==

$<$trajectory-statement$>$

defines the input data; see Section 12.1.3.

SET1=$<$selection$>$

selects ``SET1"-species (default: (ALL) ).

SET2=$<$selection$>$

selects ``SET2"-species (default: (ALL) ).

OUTPut=$<$filename$>$

writes the covariance matrix to the specified file (default: OUTPUT).
