Example: Application of a $2\sigma$ Cutoff

The following example sets the $F_{obs}$ to zero for reflections that have $F_{obs}$ values less than $2\sigma$. The FWINdow specification makes sure that all reflections with $F_{obs}=0$ are excluded.
