Syntax 

  COLLapse <collapse-statement> END 
  <COLLapse-statement>:== 
     SCALe <real> | sets the force constant scaling factor
        | for all assignments (default 1.0)
     ASSIgn <sel><real><real> | selects the atoms which are
        | to be used to determine Rgyr (default: no atoms 
        | selected) and sets the force const and target Rgyr
     PRINt | print collapse energy info
     RESEt | erases all collapse assignments
