Requirements
The molecular structure has to be defined. The atom selections are fragile (Section 2.15).
An orientational axis, consisting of a center atom and three other atoms (X, Y, and Z) bonded to the center atom, is used in the refinement of the residual dipolar couplings. This axis must have parameters, a molecular structure, and coordinates.
