Files “toph19.sol" and “param19.sol" for
Water (TIP3p Model)
This force field describes the TIP3p water model
(Jorgensen et al., 1983).
It can be used
in conjunction with any of the force fields for proteins
or nucleic acids. The “param19.sol" file also contains special
adjustments for solvent-solute interactions.
