Turning Energy Terms On or Off
The flag statement allows the user to turn energy terms on and off.
This implies that the next time the energy is calculated
in X-PLOR (e.g., with the minimize Powell statement,
the dynamics Verlet statement, or the energy statement),
only the selected energy terms will affect
the total energy and the atomic forces.
