Syntax

STRUcture { $<$structure-statement$>$ } END is invoked from the main level of X-PLOR.
$<$structure-statement$>$:==
$<$psf-records$>$
adds $<$psf-records$>$ to the molecular structure database. The $<$psf-records$>$ contain fixed-field records written by the write structure statement. They are not stored in the rotating statement buffer during loop execution. For the contents of psf-records, see the write structure statement.
RESEt
eliminates the current molecular structure in X-PLOR.
DOSCratch=$<$logical$>$
If true (the default) restraints and stored atom selections are deleted when atoms are added. This behavior can be disabled by specifying false. Restraints and stored atom selections are always deleted when atoms are removed.
