Duplicating the Molecular Structure

The duplicate statement allows one to duplicate the molecular
structure or selected atoms of it. The statement duplicates all
atom properties, coordinates, connectivities, bonds, angles,
etc. It has a renaming feature that allows one to specify
a new segment or residue name for the duplicated atoms.
