Syntax

DUPLicate { $<$duplicate-statement$>$ } END
is invoked from the main level of X-PLOR. The END statement activates the deletion.
$<$duplicate-statement$>$:==
RESIdue=$<$residue-name$>$
specifies the residue name of the duplicated atoms (default: same as original atoms).
SEGId=$<$segid-name$>$
specifies the segment name of the duplicated atoms (default: same as original atoms).
SELEction=$<$selection$>$
selects the atoms that are to be duplicated.
